Hyatt Place Nashville Downtown

Hyatt Nashville did not disappoint! We were upgraded to the penthouse and the view was amazing! Rooms are spacious, comfortable, and clean. The area itself is pleasant with plenty of walkable food options and great coffe shop across the street. There's also an in house restaurant and bar open till 10pm. Staff were all pleasant and very helpful from beginning til end. The only challenge as it is in all of Nashville is parking. Expensive at the Hyatt itself but there is street parking if you are lucky to find a spot and a few other parking lots in the area that are a little more affordable and within walking distance.

Perfect location for a hotel that's walking distance to Broadway. Clean rooms, friendly staff, and a great selection for breakfast but there are many breakfast spots around the area. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again on our next trip!

The room is gorgeous, clean, and very spacious. The hotel is right next to Broadway st., the Bridgestone Arena, and the Nissan Stadium, so there's tons nearby to do and see. Service was great, all the staff were polite and helpful, Scott the valet was super sweet! The amenities were also really nice (gym, breakfast, tv, etc.)

The staff at this hotel have been so incredibly kind and helpful! Really going the extra mile! Probably the best hotel staff I have ever encountered at the front desk. I don’t write reviews typically, but this was definitely an exception worth mentioning.

Loved everything about this hotel! Very welcoming from the moment we arrived. Scott was very welcoming and the front desk staff checked us in early so we could start our adventure. Ended the night each night at the bar playing cards together. Also had great music and wonderful bartender, Levi. Hotel was within walking distance of a lot of places otherwise we took the hop on hop off trolley to see a lot of the town. Felt safe walking from Broadway to hotel after show at Ryman. Would recommend others to stay here as well.

Hotel was really clean and the rooms were huge for the price. The location for me was the best thing on it, being close to Broadway, a lot of good food options and most of the touristic stuff, like the trolley city tour or the Jack Daniel's distillery tour. Scott was really cool too, helping us a lot as we had a lot of luggage.

Scott, the Bell man was fantastic! He was personable and helpful! Thanks Scott! The location was fantastic! My room had issues from the beginning! First my bathroom door wouldn't lock, then my safe wouldn't lock. Someone came to my room the next day to fix these things but my immediate thought was why wasn't it checked before offering the room to guest? The front desk ladies were truly accommodating but my earrings went missing that I left on the desk rushed to attend the conference, I'll update my review when I hear back from management regarding my earrings!

Scott the valet was fantastic! The front desk was super nice. Texting with staff is a great plus. My only complaint is that as a Hyatt member I expect to check in early with no fee if my room is ready. We had a 4:30 event and not being able to check in without a fee was a true stress. Customer service is key to keep your members. Once again Scott is a keeper at valet!!
